Therapy & Family Services

Practical, systemic approaches for individuals, couples, and families facing relationship challenges, life transitions, addictive disorders, financial concerns, and patterns that have become difficult to change.

How We Can Help

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Our work focuses on understanding the patterns that keep problems going and identifying practical changes that can help individuals, couples, and families move forward.

Individual Therapy

Support for adults navigating life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, personal challenges, and patterns that no longer seem to be working.

Couple & Family Therapy

Systemic therapy focused on relationships, communication, recurring patterns, family transitions, and challenges affecting couples and families.

Addiction, Recovery & Problem Gambling

Therapy and family support addressing substance use, problem gambling, other addictive disorders, recovery, and the ways these challenges affect relationships and family systems.

Financial Therapy

Addressing the relational, behavioral, and emotional dimensions of money, including financial conflict, financial stress, differing money patterns, and the impact of finances on couples and families.

Discernment Counseling

A brief, structured process for couples when one partner is considering ending the marriage or relationship and the other hopes to preserve it. The goal is not to solve the relationship problems, but to gain greater clarity and confidence about what direction to take next.

Relationship Check-Up

A focused consultation for couples who are generally committed to their relationship and want to take stock of how things are going, identify strengths and emerging concerns, and make intentional changes before problems become more difficult.

A Practical, Systemic Approach

Problems rarely exist in isolation. We look at the relationships, circumstances, and recurring patterns surrounding a problem—not simply the problem itself. Our work focuses on identifying what is keeping a difficulty going, recognizing existing strengths and resources, and finding practical changes that can create movement.

The goal is not simply greater understanding. It is to help people do something different in ways that improve relationships, functioning, and quality of life.
